During early summer 2022, I worked with the Council of Agencies Serving South Asians (CASSA) and their initiative, South Asian Vaccine Engagement Collaborative (SAVEC) to animate a series of poems. The poems were written by South Asian community members from Toronto, exploring their perspectives on the pandemic experience. The project aims to shed light on their daily life and struggles with the hope of encouraging everyone to get the COVID vaccine.
